AEL has routinely demonstrated the ability to staff technically challenging remote northern remediation projects with a skilled Aboriginal workforce and maintain an average of 70 per cent to 85 per cent aboriginal participation.

AEL has a large workforce of aboriginal people available for hire. By maintaining contact with seasonal workers as well as providing off-season training courses, AEL ensures the maximum utilization of Aboriginal labour in the undertaking of all projects. By maintaining close ties with the local aboriginal communities, AEL is pleased to provide assurances that we, and our sub-contractors, will use local aboriginal employees in carrying out the work.
