Training Methodology
Training consists primarily of the use of an interactive computer-based program consisting of power point presentations, video and interactive questions and answers.
The program is capable of tracking employee use, assigning personal entry perimeters, such as user I.D. and password, adjusting passing grade, to ensure information retention.
Where the use of the interactive, modular-based training program is unsuitable or inappropriate for training purposes, the employees will receive one-on-one training with a qualified trainer.
